Rich Beginnings Child Care Center

Meet Our Experienced Educators

At Rich Beginnings, we believe that the quality of our program is directly tied to the quality of our staff. Each classroom is typically staffed with three team members: a Level II (Lead) Teacher, a Level I Teacher, and a Teacher's Aide. Additionally, we employ float staff who assist during peak times and cover unexpected absences. We maintain a list of trusted substitutes to ensure continuity of care, so when staff take time off, families will still see familiar faces. A pictorial directory of all staff is displayed outside each classroom, including bios of substitutes by the main entrance, to help you become acquainted with everyone who may interact with your child.

In addition to our teachers, only qualified aides or substitutes with current CPR certification, background checks/child abuse clearance, and have appropriate training are allowed to be left alone with the children.

We prioritize hiring staff with a strong educational background. Level II Teachers hold a degree or certification, such as a Child Development Associate (CDA). Staff members are trained in Infant/Child CPR and Emergency First Aid and must complete ongoing professional development in Early Childhood Education each year. To attract and retain dedicated professionals, we offer a competitive benefits package, annual salary increases, opportunities for advancement, education allowances, and a supportive work environment where staff are respected and valued.
